Common Questions
How do I connect my apps?
Log in to your Reflexion dashboard at app.reflexion-labs.com. Navigate to Connections, select the app you want to connect (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and follow the OAuth flow to authorize access. Your agents will then be able to access files from that app.
How do I create an account?
Visit reflexion-labs.com, sign up with your email, and subscribe to a plan that fits your needs.
An app connection isn't working
If an app connection isn't working, try these steps:
- Disconnect and reconnect the app in your dashboard
- Check that you have the necessary permissions in the connected app
- Verify your internet connection
- For Google apps, ensure third-party access is enabled in your Google Admin settings
